TASTING NOTES:
Very bright straw yellow in colour, the wine also has expressive green tinges. There are intense fruit aromas, stewed apple, peach and poached pear, together with light floral touches, balsamic in origin. It has a very elegant palate with a rich texture and creamy notes, as a result of its contact with the lees. It has good acidity and a long and persistent finish.
